Computer Access 

  • Computer Access for Cardholders
    • Free access is available with a Collierville Library card on a first come, first served basis.
    • Each cardholder can log in for two hours per day. This limit is in place in order to make the service available to as many patrons as possible. 
  • Computer Access for Guests
    • One guest computer is available on a first come, first served basis.
    • Each guest user may request one 20 minute session per day.
    • Guest users who require more time may purchase a temporary computer access card at the Check Out Desk.
      • 7 days, up to two hours per day: $5.
      • 1 day, up to two hours: $2
  • Free Wi-Fi
    • Free Wi-Fi is available for all Library visitors on the LibraryWIFI network (password: library1).

Printing, Copying, & Scanning

  • Printing and Copying
    • $.20 per page (black and white), $1.00 per page (color).
    • Print and copy jobs must be paid for prior to printing.
    • Users may print from Library computers, submit print jobs from or their own internet-connected devices, or use the copy function on the printer.
    • The print management system accepts nickels, dimes, quarters, and $1 and $5 bills.
    • Copy machine users are advised that there are restrictions on copyrighted materials. Any violation of copyright is the responsibility of the copy machine user.
  • Scanning
    • Free scanning is available to all library visitors.

Please note, faxing services are longer be available as of December 31, 2025. 

Headphones and CD/DVD Drives

  • CD/DVD Drive
    •  Available for check out for in-house use at the Information Desk.
  • Headphones
    • Required when listening to audio inside the library.
    • Earbuds are available to purchase for $3.00 at the Check Out Desk, or patrons may bring their own.

Staff Assistance

  • Staff assistance with Library computers
    • Library staff is available for general assistance in using the computer. However, staff is not expected to train patrons in the use of applications/programs. Manuals covering popular topics are available in the Library collection, and additional guidance is available online. 
  • Staff assistance with printing, copying, and scanning
    • Assistance in the use of the print management system and scanner is available at the Information Desk.
