The Comprehensive Plan will serve as a blueprint for the next 25 years, guiding decisions about land use, transportation, utilities, economic development, recreation, zoning, design, and historic preservation. It will bring these elements together into a single, coordinated plan that reflects Collierville’s values and aspirations.
