When do the doors to the Harrell Theatre open?
The front doors to the building open approximately one hour before curtain time. The doors to the seating area open approximately one-half hour before curtain time. As a courtesy to performers and audience members, latecomers will not be seated until a suitable pause in the performance.
I need special seating and access - how do I make these arrangements?
Wheelchair accessible seating is available. For any special seating arrangements (accessible seating, transfer seats, etc.) please contact Victoria McDaniel.
May I take pictures at the show?
No audio or visual recording devices (including video) are permitted at events. You may take photos before or after performances. Cell phones and other electronic devices must be silenced or turned off. Please refrain from text messaging during the performance.
Do I need to buy a ticket for my infant?
Due to fire codes, every patron needs a ticket and seat.
What if for some reason I cannot use my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets unless a performance has been cancelled or rescheduled.
Third-party tickets purchases
The only tickets valid at the Harrell Theatre are those purchased through our box office.

Why shouldn't I leave a single unsold seat when purchasing tickets?
Leaving a single seat between your selected seats and others can make it harder for groups or families to find seats together, and often, these single seats are left unsold, reducing available seating options for others. To help maximize the seating capacity and ensure as many people as possible can enjoy the show, please select seats that keep groups together and avoid isolating single seats.
