Facility Rental Information
All rental reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance.
Pavilions
All fees are due upon completion of the Facility Rental Agreement Form, which can be obtained at the Parks Administrative Office (440 W Powell Road). There is a damage deposit of $100.00 due when the facility is rented. There is a $15.00 processing fee on all refunds.
Power and clean-up are only available if the facility is reserved and rented. No cooking, grilling, bouncers, inflatables, and generators are allowed in Collierville Parks or facilities.
Pavilions, the bandstand, and the gazebo are not available for rental in the winter months from November through March.
