_{FRAUD ALERT:  We have received recent reports from applicants saying they are receiving fraudulent "spoofing" emails that appear to be from the Town staff requesting payment of additional fees but are actually from scammers. See an example of such an email and invoice here. Often the scammers are requesting wire transfers, which are not something the Town uses for land use cases. The main methods for payment for permits and other development applications are check, cash, or an online payment link through our project tracking software (iWorQ). If you happen to get an odd email requesting payment of additional fees related to your request, please check with Planning Division staff before paying.} 

There are two ways to apply in person at Town Hall (500 Poplar View Parkway):

1. Development Department Front Desk:  For most applications (site plans, rezonings, subdivisions, sign permits, etc.), bring them to the Development Department by using the main entrance to Town Hall where the large white columns are located. Once you enter the lobby, turn right and go through the double glass doors under the sign "Development Department". If no one is at the desk please push the button for assistance. 
   
   For fence permits, please use the the Building & Codes Division entrance on the east side of Town Hall.
   
   
2.  Development Department Dropbox:  If you do not want to come into Town Hall or are dropping off materials (plans, completed forms, etc.) or payments after hours, you can use the large dark green metal box labeled "Development Department Dropbox" (see picture below) on the east side Town Hall next to the Building & Codes Division entrance. This is to the right of Town Hall if you are facing the main front door. Be sure to bundle all of the documents together.
