Purpose, Duties and Authority of the Board: 

The Town Beautiful Commission works to enhance and preserve the community’s natural and man-made beauty while advising the Board of Mayor & Aldermen on aesthetic and environmental matters, promote beautification efforts, and support initiatives that maintain the town's visual appeal.

The Town Beautiful Commission has up to 15 members, each serving a one-year term ending December 31. Members must be town residents or business leaders in Collierville. The commission elects its own chairman, while the Mayor and Board of Aldermen have appointment authority.

Schedule:

Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Linda Kerley Center, 176 College Street.
