Industrial Development Board
Purpose, Duties and Authority of the Board:
The Board is to acquire, own, lease and dispose of properties to the end of promoting industry and develop trade by inducing manufacturing, industrial, government, educational and commercial enterprises to locate or remain in this State (Town) and to further the use of its agricultural products and natural resources.

The Board consists of nine members serving staggered six-year terms. Members must be Collierville residents and cannot be Town officers or employees. The Mayor appoints members, with confirmation by the Aldermen, and the board elects its chairman.
Schedule:
Quarterly in Town Hall, located at 500 Poplar View Parkway, in addition to special called meetings.
