The Historic District Commission consists of seven members serving five-year terms, with one or two terms expiring annually. The Commission elects its Chairman. There are no residency requirements. The Mayor appoints members with Alderman confirmation and designates the Planning Commission liaison, also subject to Alderman approval.

SCHEDULE:

Meetings are held the fourth Thursday of each month at 4:00pm in the James H. Lewellen Board Chambers in Town Hall. In November and December, the meetings are typically moved to the third Tuesday to avoid conflicts with Town Holidays.
