Environmental Commission

Purpose, Duties and Authority of the Board:

The Commission was established to advise the Town Board of Mayor and Aldermen and administration on environmental issues. Provide the residents of Collierville with opportunities to improve the quality of their environment, support the benefits and necessity of our natural resources, and provide environmental education to the public.

The Commission consists of eight members, who are appointed by the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and one student member (Junior or Senior in High School). Members of the commission serve for one calendar year with terms expiring December 31 of each year.

Schedule:
Meetings are the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the Public Services facility located at 500 Keough Road.
