The Town of Collierville’s Beer Board oversees the regulation of beer sales, storage, and distribution.

Here’s how the permit process works:

1. Applications for beer permits need to be submitted to the Administration department.
   
   
2.  Class I–III permits require a $377 payment to Finance. Class IV permits require $100 for a one-day event, plus $50 for each additional day, not to exceed $250 total.
   
   
3. Beer Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 4:45 p.m., when there is business to conduct.
