Beer Board
Purpose, Duties and Authority of the Board:
The Board regulates the sale, storage, distribution, and manufacture of beer within the municipality under the Beer Ordinance. It has the authority to investigate and inspect the premises of applicants and permit holders.

The Board consists of seven members, each serving a one-year term ending December 31. Members must be at least 21. The Board of Mayor and Aldermen have appointment authority, and the board elects its chairman annually.
Schedule:
Regular meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month at Town Hall, 500 Poplar View Parkway. Meetings are usually "at call".Contact staff liaison for approved minutes prior to 2025.
