The Town of Collierville has a reputation for providing a safe, clean, organized, vibrant and friendly community to live, work and play.

Located at 500 Poplar View Parkway, the Town of Collierville employs a combined full time and part time staff of more than 500. The public safety department is comprised of over 155 professional police officers and civilians and an authorized staff of over 70 professional firefighters, each trained as an emergency medical technician or paramedic.

Collierville's strong Aaa credit rating (Moody’s Investor Services) allows the Town to continue to improve capital infrastructure while providing basic essential services such as police, fire, public works, parks, library, and a water system, all in a responsible, cost-efficient manner.

The Collierville Board of Mayor and Aldermen are responsible for governing the Town and making decisions that affect the community. The mayor is the executive head of the Town government, representing Collierville in official matters and presiding at all meetings of the Board. The Aldermen work alongside the mayor to ensure compliance with local ordinances and state laws, develop the Town’s budget, appoint Town department directors, and address the needs and concerns of residents. Together, they strive to maintain and improve the quality of life in Collierville.
