EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2021

The Town of Collierville will be enforcing the 2018 International Codes and the 2017 National Electrical Code with local amendments.

If you are not a State of Tennessee or Shelby County licensed contractor please contact Building & Codes Division at (901) 457-2310 or by email to verify your eligibility to request an application for permit.

**All residential projects, which exceed $3,000, require a properly licensed contractor. Projects between $3,000 and $25,000 require a State Licensed Home Improvement Contractor. Projects in excess of $25,000 require a State Licensed General Contractor**.
