PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREWITH GIVEN THAT the Planning Commission for the Town of Collierville will meet on October 1, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Chambers at Town Hall, 500 Poplar View Parkway, to consider the following:

Case# 261910 – Resolution 2026-A – (Public Hearing) – Request approval of an amendment to the Collierville 2040 Land Use Plan related to the applicable Place Types for approximately 4 acres, located on the south side of E. Holmes Road and just west of Center Hill Road.

Copies of staff reports are available for review six (6) days prior to the meeting at Town Hall (500 Poplar View Pkwy) during regular business hours or can be viewed at colliervilletn.gov/PublicMeetings. All persons wishing to comment on the proposed item should be present, use the “eComment” feature on the Town’s website, or provide written comments in advance to be included in the staff report or made part of the public record at the meeting. Please provide any written comments by 8:00 a.m. the day of the public meeting.
