Collierville has officially been named one of only 25 nationwide finalists in Hallmark’s search for the “Official Hallmark Christmas Towns,” putting the historic town in the running to be crowned Hallmark’s Merriest Christmas Town of 2026.

Notably, Collierville stands as the only town in the Mid-South region to earn a spot on the coveted Top 25 list.

The nationwide contest, hosted by the Hallmark Channel, celebrates communities that embody the heart, wonder, and joy of the holiday season. The community that earns the top title will receive national recognition and the opportunity to serve as the filming location for an upcoming Hallmark holiday movie.

While Collierville previously appeared as a picturesque backdrop in Hallmark’s Wedding at Graceland, this honor gives the town the opportunity to take center stage as the primary setting for a future holiday film.

"Anyone who has ever visited Collierville during the holidays knows that our town doesn’t just look like a holiday movie set, our community truly lives the spirit of the season," said Ashley Carver, Tourism Director for the Town of Collierville. "Being the only town in the Mid-South selected is an incredible honor, but we need everyone across the region to rally behind us. This is our chance to turn that festive magic into a starring role on screens nationwide."
