PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREWITH GIVEN THAT the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for the Town of Collierville will meet on July 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the James H. Lewellen Board Chambers at Town Hall, 500 Poplar View Parkway, to consider and hold public hearings for the following:

Ordinance 2026-07 (Second Reading/Public Hearing) – South Street Rezoning – An Ordinance Amending the Official Zoning Map of the Town of Collierville by Rezoning 0.801 acres from R-3: High Density Residential to TN: Traditional Neighborhood located south of West South Street and east of Sycamore Road, Case # 261049

Resolution 2026-10 (Public Hearing) – Hinton Preserve Planned Development (PD) – Request approval of a major amendment to an existing residential PD on 44.85-acre located on the west side of Fleming Road, south of Midnight Sun Drive, for the purpose of converting the ownership of the internal streets and sidewalks from public to private and for gating the development, Case #260830
