To kick off their 2026 season, Magnolia Homes transformed their annual meeting into a "State of the Union" celebration, fully embracing the spirit of America 250. The team traded traditional office attire for patriotic red, white, and blue, decking out their Design Center in stars and stripes.

The event featured a very special guest: Collierville’s own Commander-in-Chief, Maureen Fraser, who delivered a localized "State of the Union" address on why Collierville remains the best Town in the USA. From the Pledge of Allegiance to a "Top Tender" chicken contest, Magnolia Homes proved that honoring our nation’s history starts right here at home.
