Utility Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Closed Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays.

Start or disconnect Residential Utility Service by using the online forms and submitting:

Required documents: ID, social security number, closing papers/lease, and payment for fees.
Fees:
- Service establishment fee for homes being purchased is $100 (non-refundable)
- Service establishment fee for rental property is $100 (non-refundable) plus an additional $75 deposit (refundable when service discontinued).
