Post Date:06/02/2022 4:09 PMThe Town utility payment drop box located in Cox Park on 440 Powell Road was broken into the night of June 1, 2022. All contents inside the box were stolen.
If you dropped a utility bill in this box on Wednesday, June 1st after 7:00 am, your personal information may be compromised; notify your bank as soon as possible. You will need to make another payment in person at Collierville Town Hall (M-F, 8 am – 5pm) or online here. If you have any questions or need further assistance, contact Utilities Customer Service by calling 901-457-2240 or email utilities@colliervilletn.gov.
The Town’s utility payment drop boxes are secured with a lock and emptied every business day. This is the first time there has been a break-in with one of the drop boxes. The Town is looking at ways to further secure the drop boxes in the future.
