In April, The Town announced the switch to a new and improved way to view and pay utility bills online. The new system, eSuite, provides a more improved customer experience and include new features. In addition to viewing and paying your bill under the same software, you can also see previous bills, payments, and water consumption analysis.
Over the summer, residents were asked to start setting up their accounts with the new system. Starting August 1, 2022, eSuite will be the only way to pay Town utility bills online.
Benefits with the new system include:
• Single registration for bill viewing and bill payment.
• Access to prior bills and payments.
• Customer friendly interface and improved user experience.
