Museum Muses: Mandala Workshop Pt. 1
Slow down, settle in, and let creativity take the lead during Museum Muses: Mandala Workshop Pt. 1 at the Morton Museum of Collierville History.
Led by artist Sayali Abhyankar, this hands-on workshop invites participants to explore the calming, rhythmic process of mandala-making. In this first session, guests will create a snowflake-inspired mandala, focusing on balance, repetition, and personal expression. Much like real snowflakes, no two designs will be alike, each reflecting the artist’s own perspective, mood, and imagination.
Each Museum Muses mandala workshop will introduce a new medium, encouraging participants to experiment, build skills, and experience the art form in fresh and unexpected ways from session to session.
Whether you’re new to mandalas or simply looking for a peaceful creative escape, this workshop offers a welcoming space to experiment, reflect, and create something beautifully your own.
